We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks before your departure date, especially for peak seasons (March–May and September–November).
Full refund up to 30 days before departure. Between 30 and 14 days, 50% is refunded. Inside 14 days, bookings are non-refundable, though we\u2019ll help you transfer to a later date where possible.
Yes, it\u2019s mandatory for all treks. Your policy must cover trekking at altitude and helicopter evacuation up to the maximum elevation of your route.
It varies by trek — our Easy-rated treks suit most active travelers, while Challenging routes like Manaslu or the Annapurna Circuit require solid multi-day hiking experience.

We accept bank transfer and major credit cards for a deposit, with the balance payable in cash or by transfer before the trek begins.
